Ladies of Virtuous Excellence (L.O.V.E.) Inc. is dedicated to serving as a highly effective conduit for women of diverse ages and backgrounds to experience spiritual growth through Christ-centered worship, instruction, mentorship, and prayer.  Dr. Venetia D. Waters, affectionately known as "Pastor V," exemplifies a life devoted to the principles of faith as a pastor, praise and worship leader, motivational speaker, and intercessor.  She has penned "Bowing Before Breakfast" and "A Day at Alphabet Scripture Land." and a contributor to "One Day at A Time" and "Take the Muzzle Off."

Through steadfast prayer, patience, and perseverance, “Pastor V” is carving a path for God's kingdom and realizing her divine purpose.  As a proficient orator and professional speaker, God has led her to share her wisdom at women's conferences worldwide, including in Japan, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Austria, the Bahamas, Hawaii, and various locations within the United States.  During her time in the Netherlands, Pastor Venetia, alongside her husband Pastor Esau Waters, founded New Beginnings International Ministries in Gelsenkirchen, Germany, where they faithfully served a diverse community of believers from seven nations for three years. Upon returning to the United States, they relocated to Florida and established their third ministry, Zoe International Faith Center, in Brandon, FL.

“Pastor V” holds an esteemed academic background, including a doctoral degree in educational leadership from Liberty University, a master's degree in Education from East Carolina University, and a bachelor of science degree from Central Missouri State University.

As the founder, host, and Executive Director of Ladies of Virtuous Excellence (L.O.V.E.) Inc., she spearheads an organization committed to promoting inspirational workshops and weekend retreats for women throughout the United States.  Beyond her accomplishments, Pastor V cherishes her roles as a wife, mother, and grandmother most. She has been blissfully married to Pastor Esau Waters since 1986. Their blessed union brought forth four children—Emmanuel, Jared, Candace, Keturah—two daughters-in-love, Tam and Yusleidy, and two granddaughters, Amaya and Malia. Each has been divinely marked for the kingdom.

In her current role in the Department of Defense, Pastor V continues to serve military families with unwavering dedication. Driven by destiny, guided by purpose, and overflowing with potential, she lives the "Zoe" - a God-kind of life. She truly is a trailblazer for the kingdom of God.
